Care Level 1
Companion Care Standard Level of Care:
This level is ideal for individuals who remain independent but benefit from companionship, safety oversight, and support with routine daily tasks. The focus is on enhancing comfort, reducing isolation, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment.
Care Provided:
- Meal preparation and cleanup
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Shopping assistance
- Pet care
- Participation in outings and activities
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Medication reminders
Care Level 2
Minimal to Moderate Assistance:
This level supports individuals who need more help than Level 1 due to challenges such as weight‑bearing difficulties, fall risk, weight loss, or increasing forgetfulness. Care is designed to provide hands‑on assistance while still encouraging active participation and independence.
Care Provided:
- Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Meal planning, preparation, and cleanup
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Dressing and grooming
- Shopping assistance
- Incontinence and toileting care
- Pet care
- Transportation to appointments and outings
- Medication reminders
- Ambulation and transfer support, including stabilization or assistive devices

- Specialized care for conditions such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and confusion care
- Catheter and colostomy care
- Assistance with phone calls
- Oxygen concentrator and tank management
- Urine specimen collection
- Nebulizer assistance
- Specialized diet planning, preparation, and cleanup
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Full hygiene care (bathing, oral care, hair care)
- Moderate to full dressing and grooming assistance
- Moderate to full incontinence and toileting care
- Pet care
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and outings
- Customizable services based on individual needs

This level is for individuals who require more support than Level 2, including those who can bear little to some weight and need stabilization, assistive devices, or full support with mobility and daily activities.
